Faced with this challenge, Dr. Vincent pivoted, turning attention to the broader logistics ecosystem, identifying a gap in supply-chain solutions that could integrate fulfillment, distribution, and transportation under one roof.

Tahira Group evolved into a one-stop center designed to meet clients’ exacting requirements, balancing inventory planning, production timelines, and delivery schedules. The company added value at every step: ice cream deliveries include stock checks, freezer cleaning, and display optimization; electrical appliances are delivered with installation services, saving costs and enhancing convenience for clients. Beyond efficiency, Tan emphasizes service quality as the core differentiator: “It’s not just about delivery, it’s about creating an experience where our clients succeed as much as we do.”
